System requirements for streaming a VOD

Please see below for the minimum system requirements for streaming a VOD event

Windows computers

  1. Operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10
  2. Browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Opera. 
    1. Please use the latest version of your browser as older versions may run into some issues.
  3. Please note that Internet Explorer is not supported.
  4. You will need an internet connection.

Mac computers

  1. Operating systems: Mac OSX 10.12 or later
  2. Browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Opera. 
    1. Please use the latest version of your browser as older versions may run into some issues.
  3. You will need an internet connection.

iPhone / iPad

You can stream using the Safari or Google Chrome or on your iPhone or iPad with iOS 11.2 or later.

Android devices

You can stream using the Google Chrome with Android 6.0 or later.
