Can I get a refund?

We regret that no refunds on tickets can be made for late arrivals.

In the unfortunate instance where a show has to be cancelled, your tickets will be refunded. Contact the Box Office for assistance with this.

The National Arts Festival cannot make other refunds or undertake to resell or exchange tickets
