To submit a request to permanently delete your account and personal information:

1. Send us an email to info@nationalartsfestval.co.za with the information of the account you want to close.
2. We will process your request and be in touch once your account has been deleted.
   
3. Your request may take up to 14 business days to process. 
   
4. Please note: once your account has been deleted, it will no longer be accessible and cannot be restored.
   
5. If you later decide that you want to book tickets with us again, you will need to register a new account.
