Deleting your account or personal information
To submit a request to permanently delete your account and personal information:
- Send us an email to info@nationalartsfestval.co.za with the information of the account you want to close.
- We will process your request and be in touch once your account has been deleted.
- Your request may take up to 14 business days to process.
- Please note: once your account has been deleted, it will no longer be accessible and cannot be restored.
- If you later decide that you want to book tickets with us again, you will need to register a new account.

I can’t access my Artist Zone account, what can I do?
Please click on "forgot your password" and input your registered email address. This will send you a one-time access link to reset it. When you input your new password, you can choose anything you like - let your imagination run wild
