I deleted my tickets by mistake, what should I do?

If you have accidentally deleted your tickets, please don't worry. We understand that mistakes happen, and we're here to help you. First, check your email bin for the confirmation email you received when you originally purchased the tickets. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please contact us as on 086 000 2004 or send us an email support@nationalartsfestival.co.za or you can pop into the Box Office. We will be able to resend your tickets.
